The breakfast is good. My family love it. There is an elevator at the hotel, so it is easy and very helpful if you bring more luggage. Although the toilet is small...it is very clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by one of the most professional hotel reception staff we have ever met, Mr. Seebrecht. From advice on how to get to the airport to restaurant advice and making us feel welcome, we knew we had made the correct hotel choice. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. Bus stop for bus route 7 within 2 to 3 minute walk of hotel. Supermarkets also very near.

The hotel for its price is lovely, the staff are friendly. There were no smells in the room, everything was clean and refurbished, there was no mould or fungus in the bathroom. Everything is of the highest standard. The breakfast was also good, simple but tasteful.

Nice comfy, cleand and modern room. There is train station Rübenkamp (City Nord) about 15min of walking (or you can take bus) and line S1 is going from airport across city so you can use it to get almost everywhere. To the center its about 25min. There are also shops in vicinity of hotel.

All the rooms (and especially the bathrooms) are very professionally cleaned. I really appreciated the shower with the thermostatic bar
